Shipping Information
When will my order ship?
We’re always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from completion, though there may be some delays if there is unforeseen issues with your module or parts. You’ll get a notification when your order has started its repair process to its journey to your doorstep.
Can UPS leave my order outside my door?
For security reasons all our keys, repaired modules and products shipped require direct signature upon delivery.
Payments Questions
What payments do you accept?
We accept all credit/debit cards, google pay, klarna, afterpay, checks and money orders.
When will my card be charged?
Mercedes Keys Online dont charge the payment method used at checkout until we receive your part/module for repair or key replacement.
Product Warranty
Is there a warranty on keys?
We provide a 90 warranty if the key is defective. Which almost never happens but if so we’ll replace it free of charge. We dont cover damaged, crushed, broke or water damaged keys.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes we provide a 90 day warranty on all repairs.
